It brings depression and other mental disorders, and that in turn leads to physical disorders.

11 Think positively about yourself, and also think positively about others, because the negative effect, the discouraging effect you have on others is another dreadful repercussion of thinking negatively.

12 Victory and happiness are the blessed results of believing in God’s promises. You're happiest when you choose not to allow the things of this Earth to get you down, when you choose to rise above.

13 You're acknowledging God’s hand in your life and trusting Him, accepting that He knows best and that He’s in control of everything.

14 No matter how you feel at the time, if you have faith and believe, you know that all things work together for good. When you believe this promise, you walk in faith and trust and carry a positive, happy, trusting spirit.
