Through evaluation, project implementers can focus more on long term lessons: ◦ What sort of interventions are most effective? ◦ What impact is the project having - postitive or negative? ◦ How is the project affecting various groups? ◦ What lessons can be learnt? ◦ How should future policy and practice be changed? ◦ In summary, the aim is to determine the relevance and fulfilment of objectives, developmental efficiency, effectiveness (Intended & actual), impact and sustainability.

All stakeholders were informed 2 weeks before Prepare needed doc viz 2012-2013 work plan and annual report Schedule of field visit sent to all partners According to the schedule, evaluation team meets with partners intervening in a given sector, with local authorities Sector authorities have time to brief on partnership

Partners present their achievements in such sector Evaluation team ask questions pertaining with what was planned and what was done Entire team decides on what to be visited on field
