Chest X-Ray after 18 months Multiple metastatic lung nodules

CT scan after 18 months Multiple, heterogenously enhanced bilateral lung nodules

Management of Recurrence Retroperitoneal sarcomas recur locally in up to 60% of patients Surgical excision, if possible, is the preferred treatment
