CL Manual Project #9 Project 9: Mentoring: Complete 1 of the following Mentor a new member (Help with 1 st 3 Speeches, explain meeting roles, help with projects in competent leader manual) Mentor an Experienced Member (Help member develop a new skill; ex. adding humor to speeches) Serve as a Guidance Committee Member for Someone ’ s High Performance Leadership Project

ADVANCED LEADER - BRONZE Complete Competent Leader Complete Competent Communicator Serve as officer for six (6) months & participate in preparation of Club’s DCP plan Attend officer training while an officer Complete two (2) modules from the Successful Club Series

ADVANCED LEADER – SILVER Complete Advanced Leader Bronze Serve as District Officer (one year term) Complete High Performance Leadership Project Serve successfully as Club mentor, sponsor, or coach
