7. step 6 Make a registered Baina with the land owner. Pay a handsome amount (as per bi-lateral discussion) to the land owner. Take time (may be 6 months).

8. step 7 Hang a sign board on the land declaring the ownership of the land based on Baina.

9. step 8 Arrange rest of the money (cost of land and cost for registration)

10. step 9 Have registration and become the proud owner of the desired land.

11. step 10 Complete all other legal procedures in the mean time.
