2. RULES  Turn your gadgets off/ silent mode and put them in your bag, put your bag by the whiteboard  Write your Test Number on the top right hand corner of your Answer Sheet and Question Paper  Write your name, student number, date and class on the Answer Sheet  Use your own pencil or pen. DO NOT lend or borrow stationery  You can make note/draft on your Question Paper  DO NOT start until you are told to do so  You are NOT allowed to leave the classroom during the tests  You are NOT allowed to take and use your gadget during the break  REMEMBER: Cheating/Plagiarism = 0

3. MAKE-UP FINAL TEST Make-up Final Test is provided for students who missed their tests with terms and conditions applied: 1. Illness Hardcopy of doctor’s note should be given to PM Admin on the Test day, no later than 16.00. 2. A death in the family Hardcopy of letter from parent should be given to PM Admin no later than 3 days after the test, at 16.00.

4.
