Sweet Heaven Assistant manager Key responsibilities of the assistant manager will be: An excellent service to your customers – ensuring they are served quickly with what they want Staff members performing well – everyone knows their jobs, knows how to do them and enjoys their work Ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right price – and are well presented and clearly marked Promoting the business – making people aware of the business locally and also nationally Ensuring the shop premises are attractive and safe
