Assigning Pager Coverage

Go to Smart Web via MAH portal and select “Pager”

Smart Web Select the “Personal Profile” tab

Profile Log-In Use the 4 digit ID as the user name Use the 4 digit ID plus the last digit repeated for the password

Assigning Coverage Select “Profile” To assign the pager to another pager, select the “Coverage” button, then click “New”

Add New Coverage Input the pager ID in the Messaging ID field Select an end date and time (The start date and time default is immediate. Change only if you want a later start date/time) “Remark” leaves an optional note Click “Save”

Assigning Referral Select “Referral” Click “New”

Assigning Referral cont.d Enter phone number or ext. Start is default for “now” Select end date/time Click “Save”

To Remove Coverage or Referral Click “Delete to remove all types of coverages

Changing Pager Status Under the pager profile, scroll down the “Status/Instruction” section. Using the drop box, select “Status” and click “Save”
