2. Choose: “Load Cases” to see current CCP Census Create a goalsheet for the patient by double clicking under the name on “CCU Census for Goals” - A list of existing studies/ goalsheets will appear. Choose the study and hit OK to edit Hit ADD to create new study As only one CCP study exists at present hit […..] and it defaults to goalsheet

3. COMPLETING GOALS Once the study loads: Enter the date: T = today You may load previous goal sheet entries. Hit the button on the right: LOAD LAST VALUES [optional!] Mandatory fields: –Is the patient intubated? –Does the patient have a line? Complete the goals and study questions Choose your name from list Check the COMPLETED box and hit the CLOSE button Loading last values is optional

4. PRINTING GOALS: From the favorites bar on the left choose reports (Or Function Menu > Reports) Choose report: – 01. Print All goalsheets for a day Put in the date (T=today) to print all of todays goalsheets Other reports that can be run: –02. Goalsheet for a selected patient and date or date range –03. Print one goalsheet using the study ID number –04. List the goalsheets that have been completed on current CCP-M patients –05. Print a patient census for CCP-M and CCP-S
