10. Identifying Patients Full or Partial Name – All Caps
Account Number – Prefix + Number
Unit Number – U# + Prefix + Number

** If the module uses Medical Record Numbers to Identify patients, the user would enter just the Unit Number with no U#. However if trying to bring up Account Number, the user will need to enter A# then Account Number.
