Who can put a website on the internet? Are all websites truthful? Some websites appear to be educational however they really just want to sell you something. If claims sound too good to be true they probably are. Look for Federal or professional organizations Example: American Cancer Society American Cancer SocietyAmerican Cancer Society

Key tips for reliable information include: Beware of a miracle cure Look for medical or scientific research, not just one person’s testimonial Verify that the information has been updated recently
