The Law and Justice Group Automated JAG Reporting System collects data quarterly which is required for your active American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) and JAG Grant awards. The data collected will generate the following reports: 1.Jobs Report: Collects quarterly data required for the Federal Report 1512 as required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. 2.Progress/Financial Report: Collects quarterly data required for the completion of the Federal Report 1512 and for the Financial Status Report (SF425). The System will also direct you to the Bureau of Justice Assistance Performance Measurement Tool (PMT) website for completion of the BJA Performance Measurement Report. Overview

STEPS 1.Login – enter username and password to enter system. 2.Choose grant award. Select “Begin Reporting Process”. 3.Enter recipient information. 4.Enter award information. 5.Enter project information. 6.Enter financial information. 7.Enter vendor information (if applicable). 8.Submit Progress/Financial Report. 9.Enter jobs data. 10.Submit jobs report. 11.Enter PMT website. 12.View reports.
