Time Management: An Issue The idea of a VPA came as a solution to time management problems because every person feels like more time is needed to function better.

Time Management Issues Most of the important activities take too much time There are many activities one would like to accomplish during 24 hours How can one finish an activity in an optimal manner? How can one choose which activity to do before the other?

A Solution: DH-VPA A DH-VPA is a VPA(Virtual Personal Assistant) which acts like another you performing tasks faster than the original you. A DH-VPA is an application that allows any user to install. It forms a schedule based on the users priorities and preferences. It also keeps a track of user’s activities in order to suggest preferences.

A Solution: DH-VPA Since we are dealing with tasks that take time, DH-VPA performs searches, books meetings with other DH-VPAs, organizes schedules, and shops online. All these tasks take less time than when performed by a person because the DH-VPA is constantly running and performing the assigned tasks

Upgrading DH-VPA 1-Use a nice face for the DH-VPA 2-Develop natural language for DH-VPAs to communicate 3-Alarm to remind users of tasks 4-Search online for info and online commerce(banking and shopping)
