The meetings could be supported or transformed in virtual meetings. (DIASP, DSK) The meetings are easy because we work in the same organization. Virtual meetings are not useful. (DELET) The tool could support the organization and monitoring of all the internal documents of project management (DISPEA, DIASP) I have no time to update documentation and to use this function. (DELET) The tool could become the store of the technical documents (DSK, DIASP) This function is useful but I need the agreement of our main supplier (DELET) The security of this tool is not enough guaranteed, at least for some special documents (DELET, DIASP) There is a need of coordination between the project teams and of communication support (DSK October 2007) But the real communication needs of the working group have to be analysed, to understand which functions of the tool have to be activated (DISPEA) There is a tool that is free and its use is easy (DISPEA) Completion Cause-effect Contradiction
