what is ValvKeep® ? Dresser’s proprietary relational database software used by its aftermarket operations and its authorized service centers to record the life events of your relief devices and control valves: Documents in detail the repair, service, and test performed No limitation to manufacturer and make Order requirements documented including special needs Documents “As Found” or “As Received” equipment conditions Eternal conditions & settings · Equipment Configuration Operational condition · Parts’ condition Images are taken and attached to the record. Can receive and retain any type of external document related to the equipment – sizing report, NDE reports etc. Documents “As Ship” condition of the equipment Work Performed including parts replaced · Tests Performed & Results Images of work performed and final conditions are attached to the record End of Job Quality check list Generates Job reports in detail and in summary and keeps them on file. Reports and or record keeping for regulatory compliance

Customers can access ValvKeep data via a web site called VK-Viewer 24/7/365 Monitor repair / service as it progresses Review any equipment’s event detail (current & past) at any time Print job related reports on any event at any time Look up & review Next Maintenance / Test dates Execute analytical reports when needed Installed tools allow the user to filter the data to display desired needs Other tools available: Find and sort Secured Access

Using Query to Filter listing of items shown To filter records the column must be visible in the grid. The pull down menu only shows those fields available for filtering. If field not listed add the desired field to the grid via the column button.

Most Recent entry and Historicals Job Type The grid can be commanded to display the latest record “Most Recent” or all events associated with the valve. Use pull down to change setting.
