13 More Settings – Early Check in Hours How many hours before the class do you want them to be able to checkin? You would not want a PM class displaying for checkin in the morning.

19 Prepare for Checkin Communicate, Communicate, Communicate!!! Let parents know what’s coming Enlist volunteers and train them Verify phone numbers  Set up a test kiosk and have parents play with it  If they enter a phone number and it doesn’t find their family, you will know it’s a bad number and can change it Look at traffic patterns – where do people enter How many kiosks do you need  For normal checkin, at least 1 for every 100 people in a 30 minute period  For first-time visitors, a separate kiosk
