Company functions Prola Vega LLC: – holder of the mortgage on 2339 building Will receive payments from 2339 FO LLC – PV Capital: contributed capital to 2339 FO LLC to cover operation, maintenance, etc of building Also includes funds for tenant improvements PV capital earns 12% per annum preferred return 2339 Fair Oaks LLC – Will hold obligation to make payments on Borsac mortgage note 2339 Fair Oaks RE LLC – Will hold lease with Sunflower – Will receive and hold ground lease from Borsac – Will hold title to building PV RE LLC – Hold promissory note with Sunflower for $1M in TI with 6% Borsac 1
