Non – Exclusive Approval Step 2 – Non-Exclusive Approval Congratulations! The information provided matched our needs, and you were awarded a non-exclusive representation letter. This allows you to operate with all of the benefits that an exclusive representative is given, without signing a contract. These benefits include: Same commission/discount structure as our exclusive representatives. Marketing materials including catalogs on CD. Full product support.

Answers to some common questions Commission versus Discount Both non-exclusive and exclusive representatives participate in the same compensation structure for their services. You will be paid a commission or be provided a discount, depending on how the transaction is completed. A commission is paid when: You have initiated and/or participated in the transaction. The customer has placed the order directly with us. We have been paid by the customer for the goods and We have shipped those goods directly to the customer. A discount is given instead of a commission when: You place the order with us directly and You pay for the order. and We ship to your address. Note: You are responsible for final delivery, invoicing, and collecting payment, when you use this method.

Answers to some common questions Marketing Materials Catalogs Our catalogs are available in CD format. The advantages are: Easily transportable and less expensive to mail. Label can be customized with your company logo and other information. Contains additional items not available in a printed catalog such as: –Product brochures –M.S.D.S information –Manuals –Technical Articles –New product additions and updates

Evaluation Period Step 3 – Evaluation Period Your markets are protected temporarily but are not exclusive. Over the next several months, we will evaluate our business relationship. We are monitoring your activity in the markets and territories you indicated that you perform regular business. Adjustments may occur during this stage as we compare your actual performance against our goals within your region. These adjustments are necessary in order to fit your capabilities into our global growth plans, and to give you the best opportunity for success in the next step....

Exclusive Markets Rewarded Step 4 – Exclusive Markets Rewarded You have been approved! By demonstrating your commitment to a long term business relationship, UV Process Supply has chosen you as an exclusive representative within your market. You are now well established within your region and markets as the source for quality UV curing equipment and supplies. We have drafted a copy of our representation contract for you to sign. You return one copy of the signed agreement to us and keep one for your records. You have now secured your rights to exclusively sell our products into your market segments. As an added bonus, you now qualify for your own UV Process hosted website. This site can be customized and tailored to your needs. Certain restrictions apply.

Exclusive Markets Rewarded Step 4 - Continued Remember, exclusivity is awarded based on your market(s) not your region. The reason for this is simple: Our products can be sold into many markets. It is possible that a representative of UV Process Supply may have many customers within the Optical Fiber & Cable markets - but - may not do any business in the Screen Printing and Commercial Printing markets. Another Representative in that country, or even that city, may have many customers in the Screen Printing and Commercial Printing markets. They would be rewarded an exclusive contract for those markets. You would be awarded one for your markets.

Exclusive Markets Rewarded Additional Representatives in your region is actually good for your business. By having a large amount of representatives within one geographic area, you will have the added experiences of your peers to discuss business trends specific to your region. The possibility of consolidated shipping is also made possible. By shipping several different orders into a single centralized hub, everyone could realize lower shipping charges.

In Conclusion UV Process Supply, Inc. is actively seeking out representatives worldwide! If your interested, dont wait! Applications are being submitted online regularly. Remember, applicants are selected based on the markets they support within their region. To get started... CLICK HERE
