PREVIOUS PAY PERIOD “Comp Balance” report is emailed to Administrators to monitor overtime patterns for Paras. “Overtime Check” report is available to run and monitor overtime patterns.

Things to remember:  [ Overtime Check ] report will be emailed to Administrators mid-week.  [ Flex Time ] may be used to manage OT & Comp in CURRENT PAY PERIOD.  [ Comp Balance ] report is emailed & used to monitor overtime patterns monthly. 11. General Guidelines [page 1] Flex time is only allowed within the same workweek at the administrator’s discretion. SPECIFIC ISSUES RELATING TO FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) [page 3] Flex Time (Make Up, Trade-Off, Other) The district will allow flex time within the same workweek (Monday at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday at 11:59 p.m.). It is at the discretion of the Administrator to grant flex time at their department/campus. Flex time is defined as time earned and taken in the same 40 hour workweek. Actual time of arrival and departure must be reflected daily on the Kronos time and attendance system.
