And the increase in usage of mobile internet / SMS is not significant (even though the 2013 survey is conducted by web) Hypothesis 3: Have people 80 + learned how to use internet to find info? Well, in the web panel survey it seems so. But web panel participants aged 80 + might be quite different from others
