4. 4 KR-JP APII Testbed  Started with 2Mbps bandwidth in April 1998 -APCN2 Submarine Cable between Seoul and Tokyo -ATM Half Circuit  Expanded to 8Mbps in July 1999 -SCR 8Mbps / PCR 32Mbps  Will be expanded up to 1Giga-bps -Official Launching Date : April 1 st, 2003 -Using KJCN
