New Company Program - January 2005 Priorities - People - Internal use only 3 Unleash entrepreneurship No KPI, so must review in QBR Action plans are Entity Leaders’ responsibility Measure Main directions True Entrepreneurship is focused on the customers and on the business Lead through customer priorities Focus on the essentials and execute Remove barriers and complexity: Cut the unnecessary and Privilege Speed Empower and trust people Recognize entrepreneurs Spend maximum time on customer driven priorities Decrease time spent for “not customer driven priorities” Cut needless duplication. Leverage the group synergy as much as possible. Align with discipline on key priorities

New Company Program - January 2005 Priorities - People - Internal use only 4 Unleash entrepreneurship Lead through customer priorities Cascade the Executive sponsorship program Every external hire go through 1 month of sales Celebrate outstanding customer driven attitude (Best employee ) Invite customers/sales people in factories, logistics and R&D. Remove barriers and complexity: eliminate blockers, meetings, participants in meetings, trips, organizational layers, KPI’s,... Understand the differences: Entrepreneurship / Autonomy / Independence Increase time for Entrepreneurship directed to customer and business Leverage the group on everything which can be: sharing - No duplication Align with discipline on key transversal initiatives Supporting Programs >
