Housing – Better Space Standards 3 1.091 million units to be enlarged by 10 sq.m each = 10.91million sq.m, or larger than the size of our existing office stock, requiring news sites of a total area larger than the present total office site area.. At a plot ratio of 5:1, = 2.2 million sq.m of net developable site area needed.
