4 Voting entitlement 1 vote by each AMM attendee on site –Attendees having attended a priot APNIC meeting –Voting on Friday 9 Sep (9am – 2pm) 1 vote by each APNIC member through: – MyAPNIC (Tue 9am – Fri 6:30am) or – A proxy (closed Wed 12noon)

5 Voting procedure All ballot papers are stampedballot papers Please mark only one box with an “x” Invalid ballots if: –More than one box is marked –Ambiguous marking Call for scrutineers for vote count Voting starts at 9am Voting ends at 2pm
