3. Accessing the CBR Data System
Open Internet Explorer Browser
Go to
Click on the Clean Water Benefits Reporting link
Microsoft Internet Explorer browser is required to access CBR data system. Open internet explorer, Navigate to then click on the “Clean Water Benefits Reporting” Link.
Note: This site is designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.  If you would like to download the latest Internet Explorer for free, please go to

4. Select your “State” from the drop down box and log in using your User Name (usually your last name) and Password you have received. Use the links provided to send an if you have a problem logging in to the Benefits Reporting System.

This is the main page for data entry. Note the links on the upper right to access your contact information, reports, help, or to log out.

6. The “Download Reporting Database” section allows you to download an enhanced version of this Microsoft Access database. The enhanced reporting database is configured to automatically produce various reports and graphs illustrating the benefits that your state program has had over any selected time period.
