AccessAbilities Page 3 We have several abilities-focused networks AccessAbilities TM ► 200 members, with/without disabilities, all ranks, regions ► Focus on firm-wide changes ► Advise on initiatives, materials; create activities to build awareness Abilities Champions ► By region and functional group ► Improve how EY processes impact people with disabilities Caregivers Circle; Parents Network ► Knowledge resource and support groups ► External experts run calls; post information on internal sites

AccessAbilities Page 4 Our first area of focus is safety and productivity. ► Emergency evacuation plans, audits, education ► Work adjustment consultations (accommodations) ► Accessibility in technology, communications, environment, meetings, events, business processes ► Embedding ergonomics into our builds and buying

AccessAbilities Page 6 Our third area of focus is awareness and education. ► Key groups – recruiters, human resources, managers, trainers, technology staff ► Build visibility through embedding in business group events, communications ► Include in online newsletters, meetings and events ► Include messages and photos in sites and materials ► Wide range of resources posted on an internal site
