World Bank’s Operational Approach Financing Brokering Develop financing instruments for South-South Knowledge Exchanges. Offer know-how on how South-South Knowledge Exchanges can be designed so that they have results. Document the results of South-South Knowledge Exchanges. Support countries to develop their capacity to implement South- South Knowledge Exchanges. Help countries offer their proven successes to other countries and help them identify their learning needs.

World Bank Tools South-South Experience Exchange Facility Unique mix of South-South Facility partners, five out of which are MICs (Mexico, China, India, Russia, Colombia, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark and United Kingdom). More than 50 countries have received knowledge from nearly 70 countries. More than 50% of the exchanges have led to the development or implementation of strategies and policies.
