Scope of Rights Covered Copies permitted Edited Versions permitted Enhancements not permitted Compilation permitted, But Moral Rights preserved. All exclusive rights under copyright law (including to create Derivative Works), but Attribution right preserved. Licensor Warranty?Yes - Licensor warrants entitlement to grant licence and of non-infringement. Licensor indemnifies for liability arising from warranty breach Yes under Version 1. No under Version 2 (unless otherwise specified by Licensor).
