3. Alkarma Language School Jing got a bag of jewels from the palace. In the evening, he went to the forest. He heard the sound of the flute & followed the sound. Page 19

4. Alkarma Language School Jing saw a boy (Chang) playing the flute, and people and animals were listening to him. Jing saw the golden bird on the branch of a tree, singing with Chang’s music. Jing told Chang his story; his deal with the old man. Chang played the flute, the bird came down to him, so he gave it to Jing. Page 20

5. Alkarma Language School Jing put the golden bird under his arm & started his journey back to the palace. Jing & the bird heard the sound of Chang’s flute, so the bird flew from under his arm back to the forest. Page 22

6. Alkarma Language School Read Chapter 5 again. Answer the story workbook pages 10 & 11.
