AV Currency Maintenance 6 Two N.S. discrepancy/verification reports must be filed each year. Acceptable reports are: ATON discrepancy report PATON discrepancy or verification report Bridge survey or discrepancy report

AV Currency Maintenance 7 Failure to file 2 reports/year = REYR status Five continuous years in REYR = loss of AV qualification

8 PATON Database System All PATON data in one on-line location Owners file PATON applications on-line. CGAux verification & discrepancy reports filed on-line. Sector, ANT & DPW in Boston see the same current information. CGAux gets PATON verification notice via system.

9 PATON Database System Only DSO approved & trained AVs get system logins All other AVs send reports via their division’s database entry person Non-AVs send reports via normal 1SR 7054 discrepancy form. Add database ID requests to be sent via NS chain, not by clicking link on the database site.
