4. JIC (3) - Joint Projects 10781 EHRS FM – Release 2 Publication issues resolved Will simultaneously ballot in HL7 and ISO 18530 Automatic Identification and Data Capture: 14199 BRIDG. Obstacles overcome - moving forward 13972 Clinical Trials. Will be started once BRIDG is complete or in final stages. 17537 EHR Clinical Research Functional Model. Project cancelled due to inadequate progress. Detailed Clinical Models. Re-balloting 13940 CONTSYS. Important as a potential foundation for concepts, terms & definitions

5. ISO/TC215 Annual plenary meeting 21-26 April, 2013 Mexico City Finalisation of revised WG structure Update of TC215 scope has been challenged – working through the issues with Medical Devices community Strategic business plan is effectively complete (subject to scope resolution) – for ISO/TMB approval Opportunities for greater involvement of Latin American countries Important HL7 participates in ContSys & SKMT work HL7 representatives actively involved in terminology binding and many other TC215 projects
