Requester must live in Groveport Madison school district Cash assistance maximum is $500 in 12 month period; no more than $1,000/household lifetime assistance Cash assistance provided only when all other forms of assistance is exhausted

24 hour client contact turnaround Verification of cash assistance request Document in tracking database Guide client with other alternative sources for assistance Referrals to enrichment opportunities (GED, workshops, classes, etc)
