Allows for more flexible class schedule for JW training Can still partake in classes while on the road and also have some flexibility on how long it takes to finish Easier to get min. reqd. 10 people due to amount of classes offered C.E.T. – Continuing Electrical Training Most courses offered qualify for C.E.T. credits for various state licenses

4. HOW WILL THE TRAINING BE STRUCTURED? Most of the class will be self paced with deadlines (depends on class structure) Some classes may require a few 1 on 1 “shop” days @ JATC. Will be looking to eventually incorporate webcasts and live meetings to limit time needed to travel to JATC. “Skype” conference style Classes offered depend on interest Still will need minimum 10
