Take a look at the time line on page 346-347 in your book and answer the following questions: 1.In what year did Martin Luther King Jr. first meet with President John F. Kennedy? 2.When did Martin Luther King Jr. give the “I Have a Dream Speech”? 3.In what year did Martin Luther King Jr. win the Nobel Peace Prize? 4.In what year did Martin Luther King Jr. lead the famous march from Selma to Montgomery?

Your Task: You and a partner use the Internet to find 4 more major accomplishments to add to the timeline. Then create a flow map that includes ALL of the events. Don’t forget to illustrate your flow map.
