District 6980 Foundation Seminar District Simplified Grant Funding Maximum 20% of district’s DDF $30,000 is the amount of DDF available for DSG in 2011-2012 The money is available on a first come, first served

District 6980 Foundation Seminar District Simplified Grants District Simplified Grant money ($30,000) will be available until all is allotted.

District 6980 Foundation Seminar District Simplified Grant Requirements Purchase services or goods that - Support humanitarian and service activities - Benefit a community in need Active Rotarian involvement Respect wishes of receiving community Adhere to terms and conditions

District 6980 Foundation Seminar District Simplified Grant Reporting For each project, clubs submit an application to the district including: Detailed description Description of Rotarian involvement List of expenditures Rotarian signature from sponsoring club
