5. 2 Improved Help System Current system help is generic & thus quite limited Have introduced some limited context sensitive help functionality and taken the opportunity to significantly improve the help system

6. 3 Pivot Table Exports Suitable Reports exported as Excel Pivot tables Allows users to easily view summarised as well as detailed data & manipulate
