2.  Mule deer live on the Canyon rim. They graze on the low sagebrush in the early morning. The Canyon floor is more like a dessert.

3.  All these animals that I will be talking about are living on or around the Grand Canyon. Birds such as ravens, chickadees, and nuthatches nest in and all around the Canyon.

4.  Colorado doesn't have certain plants like Arizona has. Arizona has cactus and certain trees that Colorado doesn’t have.

5.  Peregrine falcons and bald eagles are two rare birds that can be seen around the park. Snakes and scorpions live under rocks, be careful.
