8. Knowledge Products Action Reflection Notes (ARNs)Action Reflection Notes (ARNs)  An ARN consists of a one or two-page reflection on an action in a specific programme, project, or activity. It allows programme staff to reflect on the initiative, explain lessons learned from this experience, and share them with colleagues in a standard format. Programming Guidelines – How to GuidesProgramming Guidelines – How to Guides  A How-to-Guide is an aid in development of programmes, projects or initiatives. In consists of: Introduction of an issue; Synthesis of methodological and strategic approaches for programming; FAQ for programme design. ProspectusesProspectuses  A prospectus is a two-page, single-sheet brochure to be presented to partners and donors that may be interested in contributing to a UNDP initiative. The prospectus promotes the competence of UNDP in a particular thematic area. It builds on success stories and the comparative advantages of the organization to highlight the value it can add.
