4. Just After Awareness Weekend...  Parish Wide Mailing - Letter and Spiritual Brochure reinforcing what was heard and read at Mass.  Could also include an invitation to Gifts Celebration.

5. Gifts Celebration Weekend  Shows gratitude for the many gifts God has given us.  Publicly thanks people for sharing their gifts with others.  Makes known to ALL parishioners how gifts are shared in the parish community.  Makes connections between giftedness and the Sunday Liturgy. AND...

6.  Inspires others to recognize, use and share their gifts at home, work, community and parish!  Part of an Annual Renewal Process for Time and Talent (that ultimately leads to Commitment Weekend). Supported by: Bulletin Inserts, Bulletin and Pulpit Announcements, General Intercessions, Homilies, Lay Witness and of course,THE CELEBRATION!

7. Gifts Celebrationis NOT... Gifts Celebration is NOT...  NOT a “Thank You” Party Exclusively for Ministers (make party separate).  NOT a Recruitment Vehicle for New Ministers.  NOT a Replacement for Annual Renewal of Commitment.  NOT an Unplanned Happening.  NOT only limited to a Time and Talent Fair.
