5. Page 5 Option 2 EUTRAN anchor  User data to the UE is split/aggregated at the EUTRAN  Data is transmitted between UE and EUTRAN over both HRPD and EUTRAN.  The data via eAN is IP packet or lower layer packet(e.g. PDCP packet)

Option 4: eHRPD/LTE carrier exchange Page 7  Carrier aggregation between LTE carriers and eHRPD carriers means LTE can get available eHRPD carriers information and use them as LTE carriers to get bigger width.  The issue is to be simplified because of carrier aggregation concept changed from inter LTE-eHRPD carrier aggregation to inter LTE-bands carrier aggregation.  This option allows operators, for example, to use their spectrum for LTE during the day, and for M2M on eHRPD at night.

8. Page 8 Suggestion  Probably should consider option 1 as the most highest priority of study TR and option 4 as a secondary.  Continue the further study of CLCA if the technology is moving forward and no major impact on the current CDMA network is required.
