You should eat the food groups that are on the food pyramid. Fruits are part of the food pyramid.

Drink a lot of milk because milk gives us calcium and calcium builds strong bones. Milk is very good for us because milk builds strong bones.

Eat a lot of green and dark vegetables because vegetables give us vitamins. Carrots are good for your eyes.

Grains and whole fruits give us fiber. Grains are good for us because it gives us fiber!

Don’t you see that you should eat food from the food pyramid?

I believe you should eat foods from every food group.
