2. 2 2 Homepage > Tribes and Intranets > Email > My applications > BV Directory

3. 3 Homepage 1 Welcome on the Homepage of BV portal. In this page you can access to all the tribes you have access, your mailbox, all the applications and the BV Directory. You also have a disconnection button, in order to disconnect. And a Edition button to modify your profile (log/pass...) Finally you have a direct access to the tribes.

4. 4 Homepage 1 2/In this bar you have access to a page about BV portal, a help page with how subscribe to the portal, how personalized, and witch navigators is allowed 1/ The BV Portal bar is the bar with all the access. 3/ The dropdown list with all the Tribes you can access to, allow you to select a tribe without any disconnection.

6. 6 2 Tribes and Intranets tribes and Intranets If you have not login to a tribe in the homepage and if you select Tribes & Intranets, this screen should be appear, which ask you to choose one. Select the tribe you want to connect or select one of the intranet.

7. 7 2 Tribes and Intranets News If you have login to a tribe in the homepage, this screen should be appear. This is the news page, with on you left the tribe’s menu, and on the right the first lines of the news. If you would like to see one complete, you have to select ” “ Then for going back to this page you may click on the “Back” button. In order to navigate in those pages you can use those buttons : “ ” The first and the last is used to go to the first and the last page. Finally, the second and the third is used to go to the previous or the next page.

8. 8 2 Tribes and Intranets Documents Documents This page contains all the documents of the tribes your are login in. You can use the tree structure to see all the files. Otherwise you can use the search button to find a document. At least you just have to select the file you would like to see it.

9. 9 2 Tribes and Intranets Documents Documents When you put the cursor on the title of a document, and if you don’t move and don’t click, you may have some information about this document. In order to navigate in the tribe’s folder, you have a tree structure, which can be expand or collapse. Also, you can use the right part, and just select the next folder you want to enter in.

10. 10 2 Tribes and Intranets Documents Documents When you are in the Documents section, you can create a bookmark, a favorite. Which create a link into a bookmark section. In order to do this operation you have to select the button in front of the name you would like to bookmark ( ) Then click on “ Add to Bookmark “.

11. 11 2 Tribes and Intranets Documents Documents 2/ The tree structure show you in a first time the tribe you are login in, and you can also see the tree structure of the files in the tribes. 1/ The Search button makes possible to search with multiple criteria (name, country,date…)

12. 12 2 Tribes and Intranets Forum This is the Forum page, you can post a question by select the button “ ” at the bottom on the right. Or you can select a question/answer and at the bottom at the next page submit a new answer. The expand and collapse button is used to reveal or not all the answers. You also have a dropdown list which can sort by title,date… and a search button.

13. 13 2 Tribes and Intranets Forum If you select the button : “ ” This page appear. And you can post a question. In order to navigate in those pages you can use those button : “ ” The first and the last is used to go to the first and the last page. Finally, the second and the third is used to go to the previous or the next page.

14. 14 2 Tribes and Intranets Forum If, in the main page of forum, you select a question,this page will appear. Then you will see, the question, which one already be involved in this forum, and the reply menu. But you can’t see two answer together. There, put your answer and click on the submit button.

15. 15 2 Tribes and Intranets Forum In order to join a file in the forum, you have to select the “ Browse... ” button. Then in the new window you have to go to the location of the file, select the file, and validate with the “ Open ” button. But the file must be a.pdf/.doc/.xls/.spg/.gif/.rtf/.txt/.htm/.ppt (preferably use.pdf) and < 5Mo. At least, you have to click on the ” attach “ button. And if your post is finish, click on the submit button to send your post.

16. 16 2 Tribes and Intranets FAQ FAQ FAQ is a page with all the most asked questions. In order to see the answer you just have to select a question and the answer automatically appear under this question. The expand and collapse button is used to reveal or not all the answers. If you don’t expand and change of question, the only one to be appear is the last. Use this dropdown list to sort by Date, Author and Category.

17. 17 Community 2 Tribes and Intranets This is the Community page, witch is the tribe member ’s list. And if you would like to see more details you may click on the different name.

18. 18 Community 2 Tribes and Intranets If you select a name in the Community page, you may have a page like this page with Last name, first name and many information.

20. 20 Mail 3 This part of the BV Portal is about mailbox. You have all the same option as a real mailbox. You can send,receive mails and managed the different folder.

22. 22 My Applications 4 In order to go to this page, you have to select the My Applications tab, Then you have to choose the applications ( here APM ). Finally, select the “ Click here ” button to go to the access page. In this page, you just have to use the same login and password as in the BVportal log page. There is one site who doesn’t ask for the login/pass to go to it first part, it is Veristar.

24. 24 BV Directory 6 1/ This is BV directory homepage.In order to find information about someone, use the quick search engine. (Type a name for example). 2/ Then a list of result appear and select the person you would like. Finally, you have the result with different part like identity, contact, organization...
