The Fact-boardmeeting - The Fact-boardmeeting fulfils a central role in the Fact way of work. - Goals are (amongst others) - efficient organisation of the work.. - effective exchange of information about the patients. - The meeting is daily. - Is has a tight schedule. An affective meeting and a good chairman are essential.

5. The Factboard Benefits are - more conveniently arranged. - more uniform shaped. - accessible on different locations. - patients, who (for whatever reason) needs more attention or care are listed on a board. - At first we used a whiteboard. - Now in a digital form.

How the digital Factboard works. - The Factboard is an Excel worksheet. - It tries to show all important data of the patients. - Is has a uniform arrangement, related to the Fact working method - The way the information is completed, is essential. - An advantage of Excel is the overall picture it can give. - A disadvantage is the lack of mark up possibility’s. - Therefore it is important to provide the information short and clear.
