What is Fidelity? Program Fidelity includes consistency of delivery of the workshop as intended by the developers. At the organizational level, fidelity refers to how closely administrators, trainers and evaluators monitor program implementation to meet minimum standards. Organizations who hold the license must monitor fidelity and may require additional standards. Planning, implementation and follow-up are all part of fidelity.
4
Why Fidelity? So you will be a successful Lay-Leader! We want to Help Leaders find the tools to be successful! It is important to follow the requirements Prior to a workshop During a workshop After a workshop Organizations in Nevada with a Stanford license need to know and follow fidelity.
5
Program Fidelity is Important Program Fidelity is crucial to preserve the integrity of the workshop and to obtain quality outcomes. Workshops not delivered as originally developed decreases the desired outcomes and may even result in harm. Program fidelity impacts the allocation and use of resources. Funding sources demand accountability and proof of program impact.
