6. Main Findings It is a massive building site General principle remains sound It WILL be fantastic - when it is finished ! Improving infrastructure - roads airport, more runs and lifts etc. Nice old town with good restaurants, basic shops, banks and tourist facilities. Bulgaria very cheap - Beer 40p !

7. Our Recommendations Too early to sell now May need to hold 3 yrs + to maximise growth Furnish to sufficient level for OPIG use Establish protocol for use by OPIG members or close friends and family Review status at least annually

8. Next Action Visit again to sign “Protocol 15” and deed transfer Agree to hold and level of use or sale Furnish accordingly Agree usage protocol Buy another one ! Next meeting
