This project is funded by the EUAnd implemented by a consortium led by MWH Involvement of PC organisations in awarded projects - 1 As Applicants: Low level of representation Reasons: Applicants from MS (Poland) have a high-level experience in proposals elaboration Low quality of project applications (lack of experience in completing those) Low level of involvement at the application stage Inadequate screening of project applications by the JTS following the 1st call for proposals (which resulted in revision of the project selection criteria in the run-up to the 2nd call)

This project is funded by the EUAnd implemented by a consortium led by MWH What are you doing to facilitate involvement Stimulation of the balanced participation of all countries in the Programme is documented and should be reflected in results of the 2nd CfP Information is disseminated to all partners on equal basis 3 Partner Search Forums to stimulate partnerships Establishing and functioning of Branch offices of the JTS in PCs Our Authorities hold information events and provide our applicants with explanations (Ua) Coordination of the activity of By organisations, advice on EU financial mechanisms and national project approval procedure, contribute to events in By, contribute to fair and equal treatment of By applicants/partners at the JMC and project-selection committees

This project is funded by the EUAnd implemented by a consortium led by MWH What can/should your programme do in the future JMC members and NA from PC should be more actively involved in Programme implementation Introduction and approval of a balanced distribution of funds among participating countries Further active information activities Encourage more regular participation of JMC members from BY in JMC meetings, To further simplify national procedures for project registration & approval (By) Envisage balanced participation of MC and PC provision in the next generation of CBC programmes equal treatment of BY organisations, adequate ENPI financing and simplified application procedure More active communication with the regional authorities from MS to encourage more active participation of the organisations from MS in ENPI CBC project
