7 Dependencies & Dependents for WP1 WP1/WP2 A high level of interaction is required in order to ensure the transfer of the methodologies to WP2 Proposition to provide intermediate deliverables for WP2 WP1/WP3&4 WP1 has to support WP3 for the deployment of the PERFORMER methodologies on demonstrators (indicators for perfromance assessment, characterization of the building and « in use » conditions and occupant’s behavior) WP1/WP5 WP1 has to provide relevant inputs for WP5, in particular general principles replicable for the development of a business model for the exploitation of the PERFORMER solution Intermediate deliverable for WP2
8
For the first 6 months, main stakes are : Task 1.1 (Global Framework - T0 ->T0+12) : Interact with WP3 in order to ensure the consistency with PERFORMER demonstrators Ensure to provide a « european view » required for a replication strategy (WP5) Fist step : All participants send to CSTB contribution about state of art Task 1.2 (Intrinsic performance - T0 –> T0+15) : Develop the 2 PERFORMER methodologies for intrinsic performance assessment Identify the way of validation (in situ experimentation and/or mockup) Task 1.3&1.4 (Cost optimized measurement plan and energy consumption management - T0+5 –> T0+15) Set up dedicated work team for the 4 subtasks, Identify the PERFORMER scientific methods (state of art required) Identify the better way of interaction with WP2 to transfer the methodologies developped WP1 implementation plan for first 6 months Asking for 3 months more in order to reinforce the link with WP2? Interaction with other WPs: WP1/WP2 : asking for 3 months more for tasks 1.2,1.3&1.4 in order to reinforce the link with WP2
