2. ALMOND COOKIES

3. INGREDIENTS

4. 1 kg of grinded almonds

5. 200 gr. of boiled and then smashed potatoes

6. 1 kg. of sugar

7. 1 beated egg Half glass of vanilla extract

8. Put the sugar, the vanilla, the smashed boiled potato and grinded almonds in a bowl.

9. Mix the ingredients with the hands to make a well blended paste.

10. Make little balls with the paste.

11. Decorate the balls with a toasted almond

12. Put all the cookies on a greased tray.

13. Paint the cookies with the egg.

14. Put the tray in a pre-heated oven at 200º degree for 10 minutes, aproximately.

15. Eat the almond cookies when they cool.
