1. AP: Vaasa THE IDEA: In Seinäjoki area you cannot hear Swedish language. In Finland Swedish is our second national language and students have to study it. So we connected Swedish language and Swedish food culture and traveled to Vaasa.

5. Lunch We had lunch at University of Vaasa, where Swedish speaking Home economics students prepared a Swedish lunch for us. Menu -Minced meat steak -Potato mash -Lingonberries -”Mums-mums”

10. How did it go? Better than we thought! Students were really brave to ask some questions from older people. They were also really satisfield with the lunch and the presentation. University of Vaasa wants to continue co- operation…
