4 Aims Members plan and undertake : - study visits, - exchange programmes, - joint and shared projects, - special events.

5 Objectives To develop international co-operation, mutual learning, exchange of know-how, of cultural models and of experience in the public policies concerning disabled people To participate in innovative European projects

6 Fields of intervention General policies of disability Accessibility in urban space, in rights Employment : protected places and 1st Labour Market Citizenship and participation Culture, sport and leisure Ageing of disabled people

7 Main achievement from 2007 since today Mapping of our organisations  Through presentations  Through study visits  Through study of cases Projects  Design for all – accessibilty (2008 – 2010 / LEONARDO)  D-Active – citizenship (2010 – 2012 / GRUNDTVIG)  Friends beyond borders – youth (2010 – 2012 / Youth in Action) Organisation  Approx 2 meetings a year  One representant in EQUASS organisation

9 Staff exchanges and study visits in the framework of our working group In 2010 : Staff exchanges between Varberg (SW) and Val-de-Marne (FR) Orebro (SW) to Veneto Region (IT) Castellon (SP) to Val-de-Marne (FR) In 2011 : G ö teborg (SW) to Val-de-Marne (FR) To be developped in 2012

12 Projects for 2012 - 2013 Wishes : - Developpement of connexions with the elderly working group (technical aid for example and support to carers) - New project on accessibility (following Design for all) - One meeting in Council of Europe in Strasbourg

13 Projects for 2012 - 2013 Bilateral cooperation and study visits : TRANSNET – Stockolm city / Val-de-Marne Synthesis : a partnership for social inclusion – Veneto Region / Spain / Val-de-Marne / Romania Accomodation services - Vasteras / Val-de-Marne
